COVID-19 Statement & Delays in Shipping

As people throughout the world face the challenges of adapting to a world with a widespread pandemic, we want to assure you that Kibow Biotech is:

 

  • Committed to playing a positive role in the health and well-being of our team members, partners, and loyal customers.

  • Taking all the CDC-recommended measures to minimize, if not eliminate, risk in our corporate office and manufacturing facilities. These include social distancing and employing best practices to protect our production teams and our valued customers.

  • Working overtime to produce and ship our products to you as quickly as possible.

 

With this in mind, we ask that you allow 3 – 4 extra days for orders to be shipped during this extraordinary time. This is due to the volume of orders being processed in accordance with the Government-mandated COVID-19 capacity restriction which has extended lead times for shipping. All backorders will be filled in the order in which we received them.
